regardless of when you send in a donation.

Membership
dues of $10.00 will be applied to the actual year of the PHAA,
which is July
1, 2005 - June 30, 2006. Membership dues are annual and will
be applied to
the above period ONLY regardless of what month they are received by us.
How to make a
donation:
You may make a donation by printing out and mailing a membership
form and check directly to the PHAA; or you may use the Make A Donation below which will access PayPal.
