Class Reunions -
The PHAA does NOT plan individual class reunions and does not send out information regarding those events. If we are informed about a class reunion, we will post it on our website. What we know will appear here. We do not contact individuals on behalf of individual classes. Please see if your class has  a class representative listed on our site. If not, consider being one - you can write to the PHAA for more information. Basically, we are just asking for someone to keep a database so that if we get an update for one of your classmates we have someone to forward that information to. Ideally, this person would be someone on their class reunion planning committee, however, that isn't something we, the PHAA requires.

Reunion Committees -
Send us information regarding your reunion as soon as you have your plans in the works, so that we can list it here!

To those classes having a reunions -

If your information does not appear below, we do not know about your event! If your information appears below, but has changed or needs updating, please contact us. All updates submitted by your class' committee will be updated as provided to us.

Check out the Class Contacts Page
-
See if we have a representative for your class! If not, please consider being the alumni associations contact for your individual class. This allows us to point your classmates in the right direction, and enables us to provide you with an updated list of classmates as it is provided to us.

Please note Lost Classmates Lists require you to be a part of our Sponsorship
Program... Please see that page for more information.

Please help your reunion committee -
To all alums: If you have moved since your last reunion or have never been contacted by your class' reunion committee....  Please take a moment and send your information to the Alumni Association and to your class representative if we have on listed on the class contacts page. Make sure to include your full name - First (Maiden) and Last, your address, phone number and graduating year.

For many, our class reunions are the only opportunity we have to see old familiar faces, create new friendships and even rekindle old sparks. Don't miss the opportunity, it doesn't come along often!

Committee Contacts -
If we have a committee contact for your class, it will be on our class contacts page.

How The Alumni Association Can Help With Your Reunion -

We do not plan your event, nor do we locate persons from you class who are interested in planning your reunion!

What we can offer is ideas, timelines, guidelines, as well as various other support to your reunion committee. and we may be able to attend one of your first meetings to assist with suggestions, etcetera.

We can organize a group to work you door the night of the event, allowing you to enjoy your entire event. So far, we have organized the door for the classes of '72 (30th reunion), '73 (30th reunion) '74 (30th reunion) '75 (25th reunion, and 30th) and '76 (25th reunion). Everyone on this team has worked together at least once, and all have worked on their individual class' reunion committee. We know how to get your guests out of line and in to the party! Please note, we do not work door if you use a professional event planning company.

Please e-mail us as soon as you start your reunion plans. It is important that the PHAA knows your plans are in the works. Not only will send you important information we can post a contact person's name on our websites.

Don't make the mistake of not informing us early on. This will also help prevent two groups from simultaneously planning an event for one class, yes, this just happened recently. The two groups only found out about one another when both ended up contacting me.
We can only help you if you get the information to us! We do
not look for people to plan your event but can help you avoid mishaps.

Reunion Chairpersons -

The Alumni Association keeps a master database for your class. However, this is not necessarily a complete list nor is it 100% current. We can only keep it as updated as alumni allow us to do so, by providing updated information! Please make sure that when relocating, you contact the PHAA. We will provide your class' list to the event chairperson, once we confirm that there is a reunion in the works. This database serves as a tool to help locate classmates. We provide the list to you with the agreement that you will return an updated list to us after your event.

Suggestions -
Locate a copy of your Commencement Program from graduation. In many cases, middle names are listed in it. This can assist you in locating classmates on the internet. If you use a reunion planning company, the chances of them locating your classmates has a higher percentage of good addresses when middle names or initials are known. Keep a copy of last known addresses (even if you know they are wrong) as this could aid in future searches.

In planning my class' 25th reunion - I went through all three Surfs and completed my database from those. I added nearly 200 names of classmates that hadn't previously been included in our database. These classmates had moved prior to graduation. Although our overall "Lost Classmates" list grew, we were able to locate many classmates that were happy to be "found" and attend their first reunion!

Full Reunion Planning Services -

One of the best reasons to use a reunion planner, would be that they accept the financial obligations to get your event started. For a committee without monetary support, this may be the factor that allows you to go forward in planning an event for your class.

PLEASE make sure that if you use a reunion planning company, that they are highly reputable. Many go out of business each year, taking your money with them.

We've listed three below that have been used by more than one of Pali's committees. These three companies have been in business for several years. Please note, the alumni association recommends speaking with all three companies and seeing what each has to offer. WE DO NOT guarantee any of  their services and are not associated with any company listed. However, on
a personal note, the president of the PHAA ('76), is using TRC, Inc. and
is the ONLY company I can personally recommend.

The Reunion Committee Inc. (800) 827-8427
www.reunioncommittee.com
This company is the only company that The PHAA/DAD refers alums
to... The President of the PHAA has worked at several of their events and knows the owner very well.
The Reunion Committee Inc. has planned reunions in '04 and '05 for the classes of 1965, 1984, 1994, 1995, and is was hired as a stand alone service to do the memory book for the Class of 1974.

Great Reunions (800) 655-7971

Creative Class Reunions
(800) 700-6607

If your class has used any of the following companies and have comments to make, I will be happy to list them below so that other classes know what Pali Alumni have to say...

Reunion Planner -
(Software program)

This is a great program. Reunion Planner has customizable fields, to place all the information you'd need or want to keep on everyone in your class. You can add a yearbook photo for each individual entry.
It features a complete address book, integrated mail merge, budget planner, mailing labels, name badges. It has too many built-ins to list! You really should take a minute to check out its features.
Available in both PC and Mac formats. The developer of this software is a great guy! Tell him you heard of his program from the Pali Alumni Association. Minutiae Software
